Bloomington Realty was established in August of 1996 by Suzette Weakley.
After spending fourteen years in Real Estate Sales in Monroe and
surrounding counties, Suzette felt the need to expand her business
experience and methods. A native of Bloomington, Suzette understands the
importance of maintaining the "small town feel" of Bloomington as it
continues to expand it's business and industrial base, population and
physical boundaries. Realtors must continually update and educate
themselves concerning the expanding growth of our area, as well as the
evolution of Real Estate practices and the laws that concern them. Our
Realtors work hard to maintain their knowledge of our area and the skill
necessary to protect our Customers and Clients.
We offer our Clients and Customers both Buyer's and/or Seller's Agency
relationships. We can also represent our Client and Customers as a
